Refund Policy

The short version

Because everything here is digital and delivered immediately, refunds are limited. Ask within 14 days of buying and before the challenge starts, and you will get your money back.

Digital Experience and Community Experience

Refundable within 14 days of purchase, up to the day the challenge begins. Once the challenge has started, the plan, the materials and the group are already in your hands, so purchases are non-refundable from that point — the same way a class you have already attended cannot be returned.

More Than the Weight I Lost (e-book)

The download link is sent within minutes of purchase, so the e-book is non-refundable once the link has been sent. If the link never arrived or will not open, tell me and I will fix it or refund you.

Always refunded

• You were charged twice for the same offer.
• You never received your materials and I cannot get them to you.
• You bought the wrong offer and tell me before you have used it.

How to ask

Reply to your confirmation email with the email address you used and which offer you bought. You will get an answer within 3 business days.

How long it takes

Approved refunds go back to the original card. Your bank usually shows it within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued in US dollars; any difference caused by your bank's exchange rate is outside my control.

Chargebacks

Please contact me before disputing a charge with your bank — nearly everything is fixable in a single email, and a dispute freezes the order while it is investigated.
